Your Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
In accordance with EU and German consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.

No Returns or Exchanges After the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the 14-day legal withdrawal period has expired.
All sales become final after this period.
This includes:
- returning an item due to size issues
- change of mind
- preference-based returns
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the withdrawal window, except where required by law (e.g., manufacturing defects).
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Conditions (During the 14-Day Window)
Items returned within the legal withdrawal period must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- free from stains, odors, or damage
- returned with all original tags and packaging
We cannot accept items that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos to receive a replacement or refund.
Items Excluded from Returns
The following items cannot be returned, even within the 14-day period:
- Underwear, swimwear, or any hygiene-sensitive item once the hygiene seal is broken or removed
